Here at Riverside Guest House we offer 6 en-suite bedrooms.

We refreshed all of our bedrooms during January 2020, including new bathrooms. Dining room updated during 2016.

All rooms have tea and coffee making facilities, freeview television and free Wi-Fi. An iron and ironing board / hair dryer are available upon request. Microwave, crockery and cutlery available upon request.

Bedrooms 1, 2, 3, 4 and 5 all have a desk and chair for guest's use. Bedroom 6 has a writing area complete with chair for guest's use.

Laundry can be laundered for a small fee.

Guests will have access to the dining room in the evenings. All rooms are non-smoking.

We now have our own on-site car park to the rear of the guest house with space for 6 cars.

Single Occupancy rate: £53.00 * from 1st September 2021.

£10.00 extra per night per person - Camp beds available.

All prices include a full English breakfast / cereal / juice.  We have the highest 5 star Food Hygiene Rating.

Breakfast is available: Monday through to Friday from 07:00 to 08:30 and Saturday/Sunday from 07:30 to 09:00 (adaptable by prior arrangement). In leiu of breakfast, a packup can be supplied upon request.

Cancellation Policy

In the event of a cancellation, no charge will be made so long as notification is received and confirmed by email or phone prior to 48 hours before the date of your stay. Where a cancellation is made prior to 48 hours before the date of your stay, no charge will be incurred. Where a cancellation is made within 48 hours of your stay or you do not arrive for your stay (a "no show"),  there will be a 100% charge. Deposits may be returned, if applicable. 

We do, however, appreciate that unforeseen circumstances can intervene, and we try to be as sympathetic and helpful as possible in such cases.

Should it become necessary for us to cancel a booking we will contact you immediately. Any payments (including deposits) made will be refunded in full.

Deposits

For stays longer than 2 nights or more than 1 room, a deposit will be required. Depending upon the length of stay and how many rooms you require, a deposit of between £25.00 and £100.00 will be taken at the time of booking.
